Requests for speaking or classes are always welcome!

Sierra has taught at conferences, colleges, gatherings, meetings and schools throughout northern Michigan on a large variety of topics. Some class topics include: organic gardening, wild plant identification, herbs for women, natural approaches to anxiety and depression, herbs for immune health, blending herbal teas, herbal self care spa, cooking with herbs, tea tastings, yoga and herb walks, and many others.

Other Educational Opportunities:

 * Summer Intensive Herbal Series   (May-Oct, 1 full Sunday/mo)

The 2020 summer intensive is already full. To join a waiting list for the 2021 intensive series send an email with your interest.

 

* Host an herbal gathering at your home with a group of friends. Choose from a list of class and workshop topics to customize something that fits your space and the interests of the group. 

* Schedule a private herb walk on your own property or get your neighbors together for a look around the land near you to identify useful and medicinal herbs! Currently booking for Spring 2020.

Cost: $30

This beautiful location offers a wide variety of flora we can explore throughout the seasons. This fall we'll be looking into roots and barks that we can harvest and prepare to keep us healthy through winter. We will be talking about identification techniques, plant families, sustainable harvesting and much more.
