She has a wide variety of offerings including intro to herbalism talks, wild medicinal plant walks, make and take workshops with tinctures, herbal vinegars, tea blends etc., herbs for pain and inflammation, herbs for digestion, herbs for mood and mental wellness, building plant relationship workshops, flower essence classes, self care seminars and so much more.
